This property includes five air-conditioned bedrooms: Two bedrooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed, offering a serene environment suitable for couples or individuals. Two bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds, catering to the needs of companions or family members who favor individual sleeping arrangements. Furthermore, there is one room containing two bunk beds designed to accommodate larger groups or families desiring a shared living space. All rooms offer stunning view across the bay and have wireless connection to the internet, though the connection can be unstable from time to time. Embark on a sublime summer journey in our meticulously arranged abode, where tranquil slumbers and collective experiences are at the forefront. Bedding and towels are included in the rent.

Your summer home features two kitchens, each perfectly equipped for preparing meals during your stay. In addition to a stove, oven, and toaster, both kitchens include a Nespresso machine, providing a convenient option for coffee lovers. Alongside these appliances, there are two refrigerators in each kitchen to store an ample amount of food and drinks. You will also find a wide range of kitchen utensils, including cutlery, cooking tools, bowls, and various pots and pans, suitable for both small and large groups. These facilities ensure a convenient and enjoyable cooking experience for all your culinary needs.

Beach and pool

Discover our secluded bay, appreciated by our clients for its privacy. The bay features clear teal waters, suitable for swimming and snorkeling, and rich in marine life. Guests can enjoy a private pool with impressive views, furnished with practical cots, couches, and lounge chairs. Our staff is responsible for maintaining the pool’s cleanliness. The house is surrounded by dense greenery, providing a peaceful environment. While the beach is officially public, it is rarely visited by non-residents as access is primarily through the house property. We provide towels for all guests free of charge.

Directions

Step 1

Arrive at Athens. Your journey starts in Athens, either downtown or at the international airport. You can spend a day or two for cultural exploration before heading towards your island retreat. In order to get to the island of Evia, it is essential for you to rent a car, ideally at the airport.
Step 2 (a)

There are two ways of reaching the island of Evia from Athens. Taking the ferry boat from the Rafina Port is one of them. The port is an approximately 45 minutes drive away from Athens. The ferry transports you and your vehicle to Evia (Rafina → Marmari, 60 mins), you can buy tickets directly at the port before boarding the ferry (no prior reservation required). This is the most comfortable and scenic option. Please note the seasonally changing departing times of the ferry. The time tables are published irregularly and are subject to change.
Step 2 (b)

Drive all the way from Athens to the house. This connection takes you up north where you can reach Evia via a bridge. This is a long drive along a winding road and takes around 3 hours. In case of strong wind and currents, the ferry boat connection might not run. In that case, this is an alternative way to reach the airport in time.
